Rules of the VE Board

Well all good things need few regulations. So here are the little rules.

1. No slaming or flaming of any kind is allowed. You should not berate any website, web competition, VE Board or their owners and leaders in our mailing lists. We respect all the staff members and fighters. So please do not show any disrespect towards them.
2. Please check that you are providing correct vote URLs. We cannot go on searching for your correct URLs everytime. We are good friends so honestly we will try to check them. But sometimes we might be out of time and may not do it. So yes the main responsibility lies with you.
3. Please respect the rules of your competition. If you have a site on a NVE Team, which doesnt allow even OSVP links on VE Boards, do not place them. If we find such sites, we will not add it and let you know about that.
4. Like other VE Boards, this is a vote for a vote board. So if you have 1 link, you are expected to vote for all #1 links. If you have 2 links, vote for all #1 and #2 and so on. If you are unable to vote for any site for some technical issues do let us know so that we can let the site owner know.
5. Try to vote for topsites after 24 hours, because otherwise they usually dont allow your votes even though they might not show the error to you :)
6. All 1 award links, Egg Cave Links and Mini City goes to Topsites section. All Pets Competitions go to Main Competitions.
7. The Updates for your links MUST reach by Sunday 5pm US Eastern Time. If the updates come in late, we will try to add your links but there is no guarantee.
8. You are expected to send the Daily Voting Report Form. Failure to send this form will mean you have not voted. If the forms do not work please email us. Similarly Hidden Pages maybe set at random. When you find them make sure you fill them up :)
9. Finally LOAs are allowed. However please do stay in touch and if you wish to be away for too long, let us know and dont just disappear. We worry about you, you know :D
